The Art of Caring show seemed very successful, although I am not definite but from what I heard, the people who run the event had confirmed that it was successful!  I managed to get all my prints sold and possibly gathered some young fans who like my Sinnamon bear LOL!

The whole process was fun and stressful but in the end it was worth it. The surprise was revealed that I had won a prize under the title “Best young artist” which was awesome, but so far there isn’t much proof of it.

Recently I’ve been working on some t-shirt designs and have been contacting printers to produce at set of t-shirts. There is nothing real that I can show you at the moment, but you can pay a visit to the Lowlabs Facebook page to see some prototypes.

I know the website isn’t perfect, but cut me some slack, I’ve been busy with a lot of stuff and there is only so many hours in a day (can’t believe its May already!).

Unfortunately the girl who took the photograph had never used a digital camera before. It was an awesome experience and will look forward to seeing the Motion City Soundtrack again in the near future.

The main concept of this piece is to show the development process of my work in stages, from original sketch to the final finished illustration.
This is no top secret, it’s a basic process for illustrators to work through. Sometimes I do end up creating the illustration backwards… maybe thats the secret part? You ask me why I would do it that way? my answer is I don’t know.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Cover

It has been a long while since I played an installment from the battlefield series, and that was Battlefield 2.

The latest game from EA‘s Battlefield series titled Battlefield Bad Company 2 which has been advertised enough times to lure me into buying it, and I can say it is money worth spending! After playing it for a day I have to admit it reminded me of how much fun I had during my time playing Battlefield 2. Many of the features are the same from the previous games which I believe is what make this game successful, in addition to that is the destructive environment which utilizes the Frost Bite technology.

This is probably going to be obvious that I’ll lose many hours of sleep and become lazy at doing creative work! I will have to try to keep a balance between design work and gaming. I better get a job soon!

This is the fourth album from american rock band Motion City Soundtrack, which was released on 19th January 2010, and was produced by Mark Hoppus of Blink-182.
I paid the extra for the deluxe edition as all the album art was design by my favourite artist Joe Ledbetter! There are 5000 copies of this limited deluxe edition and this package contains:

• Hardbound 9″x9″ custom book
• Six double sided 7″ picture discs representing each track
• A signed lyric book
• Full length CD
• Exclusive bonus CD

One last comment is that Motion City will be having a few shows in the UK in March and I will be attending the last UK show which is in Glasgow! Can’t wait, it’s going to be AWESOME!!!

Sinnamon is an ordinary bear, a curious bear who likes to venture out into the never ending landscape and discover new things. Sinnamon lives inside a cave deep within the spiritual forest. This cave is no ordinary cave, upon entering through the caves entrance, Sinnamon is brought to a fantasy world safe from harms way, a world where Sinnamon can live in harmony with whatever creatures may live there, and another possible world to be discovered?

During this epic journey to discover the land outside the forest, Sinnamon will encounter many strange creatures and situations.
Sinnamon is just a small bear in a big world.

A story to match and describe the Sinnamon character and it’s world is in development process, since every successful character has a good story to back it up. The idea happened two nights ago while I was trying to sleep and has been noted down on my iPod which still needs to be taken to the next development stage.
